Biking ther Farmer’s trail in Southeast Drenthe means you can enjoy the agricultural landscape with its unique and beautiful spots. Get on your bike and enjoy special locations, like Van Gogh’s church in Zweelo, hunebed “De Papeloze Kerk” or the recreational lake of the Kibbelkoele. On top of that you can pay a visit to the new farming exhibition in “The Nabershof” in Emmen.

Go to the farm

Near the town of Noord-Sleen you can visit two modern farms, that of the family Hilhorst and that of the family Weitkamp. When the beachflag WELKOM is flying, the farm is open for visiting. You can call the farmer to arrange a tour of the farm (the telephone number is indicated on the sign). There is also a picnic table with information about the farming businesses.
